Summary
Support the Omni-Client Strategy team to shape the online customer experience across the Americas by executing digital production tasks, optimizing visuals and content, and assisting with performance reporting and UX launches. This project-based internship involves hands-on work with site content, visual asset preparation, and collaboration with regional teams to ensure a seamless digital journey for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly updates to site content on LV.com and the LV App.
- Make ad hoc updates to store pages and coordinate with regional store teams.
- Crop and optimize visuals in Photoshop for web and app publication.
- Assist with publications for LV.com Magazine and the LV App.
- Submit and track translations for digital publications according to timelines.
- Update the site through Adobe Experience Manager.
- Support digital collection launches and major campaign periods.
- Conduct daily quality checks across LV.com and the LV App to ensure seamless client journeys.
- Monitor site errors and support timely resolution.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.
- Digitally savvy with a strong interest in digital client experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience or familiarity with Photoshop and visual asset preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset to support performance reporting.
- Ability and willingness to work on site at the Midtown Manhattan corporate office.
