Responsibilities- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure standard processes and maintain quality of service for customer experience.
- Drive product excellence through end-to-end testing, reporting, and tracking of defects and technical issues.
- Conduct extensive testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines.
- Act as the point of contact for User Acceptance Testing processes, including publication of stakeholder opt-in/opt-out for each UAT and run book preparation.
- Facilitate meetings with partners throughout the testing process.
- Accurately document and report any defects or inconsistencies discovered during testing.
- Provide feedback on the user experience, usability, and overall quality of the e-commerce platform.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of the testing process, results, and any issues encountered.
- Perform ad-hoc testing to explore the system and identify potential issues not covered by formal test cases.
- Benchmark within the luxury industry and outside to offer innovative, out-of-the-box ideas.
- Build ad-hoc presentations on various digital, omnichannel, and innovative topics.
- Ensure key metrics are followed and communicated accurately.
Requirements- Graduate/undergraduate student or recent graduate with interest in project management.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across internal and external partners.
- High level of curiosity, innovative mindset, detail-oriented, and clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and fluency in French are a plus.
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
- Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
- Available full-time for 6 months and able to start early October 2025.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- 4 days per week on-site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in Midtown, Manhattan.
