Job Description

Summary

As an E-Commerce Intern at Balenciaga in New York, you will gain valuable insights into e-commerce business management and operations within the luxury fashion industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand corporate culture and business practices while contributing to the brand's success.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with weekly business reporting.
  • Manage online catalog, including item mapping, asset uploading, and pricing changes.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure product assets and copy accuracy.
  • Conduct weekly site QAs and report issues.
  • Track shipments and deliveries.
  • Assist with monthly test orders and substitution code management.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and competitive benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and task-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Eligibility to receive academic credit.
  • Ability to work in the NYC corporate office.
