Digital Site Merchandising Assistant

Join the Ralph Lauren E-Commerce Site Merchandising Operations team as a Digital Site Merchandising Assistant, where you will play a key role in enhancing the online customer experience for our Home division. Your detail-oriented approach and interest in customer purchasing behavior will be essential in optimizing RalphLauren.com’s online merchandising.

• Partner with Buying, Studio, and Copy teams to set products live on the website, performing necessary QA checks and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and optimize product attribution for the product assortment.
• Work cross-functionally to maintain a solid understanding of brand priorities and product assortment for appropriate on-site representation.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by performing checks on product pages, category pages, cross-sells, refinements, and navigational elements.
• Analyze sales metrics and feedback to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

• Relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot and Vlookup, to manipulate large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude for technology and understanding of product data flows and e-commerce software.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to be flexible and pivot across tasks and priorities.
• Proactive in taking initiative for improvements and problem-solving.
