Join Ralph Lauren's E-Commerce Site Merchandising Operations team as a Digital Site Merchandising Operations Assistant. You will play a key role in optimizing the online merchandising of RalphLauren.com, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

• Partner with Buying to track product readiness, performing necessary QA checks and troubleshooting where applicable.
• Maintain and optimize product attribution for product assortment.
• Work cross-functionally to maintain a solid understanding of brand priorities and product assortment to deliver appropriate representation on-site.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by performing checks on product pages, category pages, and navigational elements.
• Analyze sales metrics and feedback to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

• Relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot and Vlookup, to manipulate big data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude for technology and understanding of product data flows and e-commerce software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible and pivot across tasks and priorities.
• Proactive approach to improvements and problem-solving.
