Fabric Operations Assistant

As a Fabric Operations Assistant, you will be a key member of the Product Management team, collaborating with Sourcing Offices, Factories, and Mills to ensure operational efficiencies and alignment for luxury fabrics.

• Partner closely with global merchandising on seasonal fabric needs for bulk.
• Collaborate with senior team to develop timelines for approvals and buying dates to meet production deliveries.
• Communicate and pass platform fabric reservation orders to mills.
• Identify pricing issues and follow up on counter sourcing materials for cost savings.
• Monitor and communicate fabric delivery issues for Weekly WIPS.
• Monitor Codetex and liability inventory to ensure seasonal utilization.
• Manage mill invoices in Ariba.
• Maintain seasonal metrics including stock raw material utilization and price analysis.
• Create and maintain raw material Airtable bases: Platform, Seasonal, and Fabric Ledger.

• Proven ability to quickly pivot and problem solve using innovative solutions.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow with an innovative mindset.
• Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to product information.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PLM, and Airtable.
