SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce and Marketing Technology Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead agile teams and drive the successful execution of projects related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role combines agile leadership with structured project management to ensure the timely delivery of e-commerce and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering an agile culture within the organization.
Responsibilities- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams working on e-commerce and marketing technology projects.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Act as a leader, fostering an agile mindset within teams and across the organization.
- Remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and help teams stay focused on delivering high-quality products.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across teams, ensuring alignment between e-commerce, marketing, IT, business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage project scope and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, proactively addressing project roadblocks.
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new features and technologies.
- Partner with engineering, product management, QA, and other tech teams to align deliverables with business goals.
- Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and priorities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to align on project deliverables, timelines, and support needs.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in digital commerce or marketing technology.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe) or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience in global or multi-brand e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of additional marketing and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).
- Previous experience working in a global or multi-brand organization.
