SummaryAs an Enterprise Resource Planning Project Manager at Ralph Lauren, you will lead the ERP+ PMO team for the Next Generation Transformation (NGT) initiative. - Track, analyze, and resolve issues to keep the project on time and on budget.
- Identify and address project risks and opportunities proactively.
- Oversee compliance with program management methods and controls.
- Facilitate organizational change and ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Set and track performance metrics to measure implementation success.
- Plan and manage post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Oversee stakeholder management and manage SAP consulting partners.
- Lead and develop the RL PMO team to drive project success.
- Ensure alignment and transparency across Finance, Change Management, and Value Realization teams.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in managing complex ERP transformations.
- Experience within a vertically integrated retail environment; fashion apparel experience is desirable.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to engage with and influence senior executives confidently.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Experience in both waterfall and agile/hybrid delivery models.
- Ability to operate in matrixed global organizations with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and modern integration platforms is a plus.
