Director, 59th Street Flagship Transformation

Summary

Lead the multi-year transformation of a flagship department store, translating the vision into an integrated roadmap and driving disciplined execution across workstreams. Partner with senior leaders and functional teams to deliver a world-class luxury destination and achieve financial, customer, and brand outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation roadmap, project plan, milestones, dependencies, owners, and deliverables.
• Establish project governance, maintain accountability, resolve issues, and escalate risks and decisions as needed.
• Coordinate renovation and capital projects with store environment, construction, operations, merchandising, and store leadership.
• Integrate cross-functional plans and ensure readiness across customer, brand, service, talent, marketing, events, digital, and store operations.
• Track financial, customer, and brand outcomes, identify performance gaps, and communicate progress and key decisions to senior leaders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience; project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and organizational levels.
• Creative, strategic, and technical thinking, with flexibility to work according to business needs.
