Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive social media strategy across owned and paid channels.
- Develop editorial vision and storytelling frameworks aligned with marketing goals.
- Lead conception and execution of social campaigns to drive reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with PR, Social Creative, Paid Media, and leadership to integrate content efforts.
- Manage agency and platform relationships and brief external partners.
- Establish editorial structure to coordinate content creation across teams.
- Track performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to optimize content.
- Incorporate platform dynamics and emerging technologies such as AI into strategy.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members across social media and content functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in social media and social content execution in luxury fashion or jewelry.
- Proven track record developing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Advanced understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced environment.
- Experience managing cross functional stakeholders and agency partners.
- Proven ability to mentor and grow a high performing team.
