Senior Director Digital and Social Creative

As a Senior Director of Digital and Social Creative, you will lead the digital design direction for David Yurman, a renowned luxury jewelry brand. You will be responsible for creating compelling and relevant creative content that aligns with the brand's marketing objectives and enhances consumer engagement across all digital platforms.

• Lead digital design direction for site, email, digital advertising, and social media channels.
• Develop content ideas and creative strategies for social media in partnership with the Social Media Marketing team.
• Oversee seasonal social campaigns, brand storytelling, and high-traffic moment social campaigns.
• Lead site updates, including concept to wireframe, design, and layout for a multi-channel experience.
• Collaborate with the Media team to elevate digital creative concepts and ensure consistency.
• Partner with the Content Studio to optimize e-commerce guidelines and creative content.
• Concept and art direct digital shoots for various digital platforms.
• Manage digital and social design team workflows and ensure timely project execution.
• Partner with the offline creative team to ensure cohesive seasonal narratives.
• Identify gaps in current programming and offer recommendations for new content.
• Stay current on competitor activity and emerging trends in digital advertising and technology.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital design and 5+ years of on-set experience.
• Experience in founder-led organizations is a plus.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized with a collaborative approach.
• Expert knowledge of typography, color, usability, layout, and design principles.
• Solid understanding of social and digital media strategy and implementation.
• Technical expertise in digital design and web technology.
• Proficiency with Adobe CS Suite and FIGMA.
• Experience with Monday.com project management tool preferred.
