- Demonstrated ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business value.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in modernizing and simplifying information systems.
- Deep technical and operational expertise with IT technologies and architecture frameworks.
- Expansive knowledge of end-to-end enterprise applications.
- Large project implementation experience, preferably in a global company.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and microservice-oriented architecture.
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or technology, or a related field.
