Summary
Senior finance leader reporting to the VP Finance providing strategic FP&A partnership to the Beauty Tech Americas CIO. Responsible for driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support IS/IT transformation initiatives and align financial plans with strategic objectives across Maisons and regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior financial advisor and business partner to the Beauty Tech Americas CIO.
- Lead end-to-end FP&A cycle including annual budgeting and monthly closings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management packages.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional Maisons finance partners to ensure timely accurate financial information.
- Drive consistency and discipline in financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Champion process improvements, digitalization, and automation in FP&A.
- Support evaluation and implementation of analytical tools to improve forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in luxury retail or beauty.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with budgeting, financial close processes, and KPI reporting.
- Proactive mindset with ability to drive change and improve processes.
