Summary
Senior finance leader responsible for preparing Cartier's financial outlook, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Construction teams to analyze business performance and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets and prepare comprehensive budget presentations with department heads.
- Provide variance analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Build and refine sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks for strategic initiatives and investments.
- Engage with business partners to answer business questions and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, forecast updates, and budget management.
- Identify and track key performance metrics to monitor business health.
- Develop driver-based forecast models for budgeting and decision support.
- Support senior management with special projects including scenario and strategic analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant corporate finance experience, including finance and strategy.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting concepts and financial planning processes.
- Experience with SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and qualitative reasoning abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
- Experience mentoring and providing strategic direction to finance teams.
