Summary
Senior finance leader reporting to the VP Finance providing strategic FP&A partnership to the Beauty Tech Americas CIO. Responsible for delivering financial insights to support IS/IT transformation, leading budgeting and monthly close cycles, and driving improvements in reporting, forecasting, and financial processes across the region.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior financial advisor and business partner to the Beauty Tech Americas CIO and leadership team.
- Lead end-to-end FP&A cycle including annual budget, monthly closings, and reporting to Maisons.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and KPI dashboards.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional Maison finance partners to ensure timely and accurate financial information for FIPA file.
- Drive consistency, accuracy, and discipline in financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Champion process improvements, digitalization, and automation of FP&A processes.
- Support evaluation and implementation of analytical tools to improve forecasting and reporting.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to non financial stakeholders and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in luxury, retail, or beauty.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into a clear narrative.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multi task, and work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving process improvements and financial automation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
