Job Description

Summary

As the Director of Global Influencer Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of influencer brand strategies, ensuring alignment with integrated communication plans. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's presence across platforms and markets, driving brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and define influencer brand strategy within integrated communication plans.
  • Manage external influencer content program, overseeing workflow and asset delivery.
  • Create global guidelines and strategies for regional teams to implement.
  • Lead innovative content strategies for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns.
  • Utilize insights to optimize and scale campaigns, ensuring measurable performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on 360-marketing campaigns.
  • Identify synergies within Consumer Marketing to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
  • 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and advertising products.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Solid network of influencer talent and industry-related contacts.
  • Proficient in influencer and social media metrics and monitoring tools.
  • Technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
