- Collaborate with market teams to build organic social platform strategies and identify new channels.
- Develop and manage influencer content strategy and external influencer content program.
- Create global guidelines and strategies for regional teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Lead content strategy for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns.
- Define and manage key organic social KPIs and provide dynamic reporting.
- Collaborate with international market teams to incorporate market needs into social strategies.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to align influencer strategies with business needs.
Requirements- 8-12 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and advertising products.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital media metrics and monitoring tools.
- Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SparkAR; photography, Photoshop, and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to make process improvement recommendations.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a creative, strategic mindset.
