Summary

LVMH Fashion Group seeks a Director of Talent Development and Acquisition to lead strategic talent initiatives across its Maisons, driving attraction, retention, and internal mobility. The role oversees both talent development programs and comprehensive acquisition strategies, including executive recruitment and employer branding. The director will lead and develop a high-performing team, partner with business leaders, and champion DEI and data-driven talent practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
• Lead the Organizational Management Review to identify key talent and ensure a continuous leadership pipeline.
• Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to align regional initiatives with the global talent strategy.
• Enhance internal mobility and lead the nomination and delivery of LVMH HOUSE development programs.
• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy and lead end-to-end executive recruitment.
• Implement recruiting metrics and reporting frameworks to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Build and manage internal client relationships across functions, businesses, and geographies.
• Lead, mentor, and set performance metrics for the talent development and acquisition team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent development and/or talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success developing and executing innovative recruitment and development strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills and a passion for the fashion industry.
