Director Performance Management

Summary

The Director Performance Management will lead performance strategy and processes across the organization, driving metrics, evaluation frameworks, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment based in Long Island City. This role partners with senior leaders to align goals, optimize performance measurement, and implement scalable programs that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance management frameworks and processes
• Design metrics and KPIs to measure organizational and individual performance
• Partner with senior leadership to align goals and performance expectations
• Oversee performance review cycles and calibration processes
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Lead change management for new performance initiatives
• Coach leaders on performance conversations and talent development
• Ensure consistency and fairness in evaluation practices
• Drive continuous improvement of performance tools and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in performance management or related field
• Proven experience leading performance programs and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience partnering with senior leadership
• Change management and project management experience
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Long Island City
