Summary

Lead the vision and strategy for product curation across upholstery and furniture categories, defining aesthetic and quality standards for collections and guiding product development from concept to market. Drive cross functional collaboration with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams while managing sample budgets and timelines to ensure execution aligns with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end curation and development of product assortments aligned with brand vision
• Develop and execute product strategies for design forward collections
• Research and analyze market trends materials and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with Design Sourcing and Merchandising for consistency and quality
• Cultivate relationships with global suppliers and artisans
• Maintain organized archive of CAD files samples and material updates
• Share trend insights and inspire creative collaboration across teams
• Oversee category sample budgets and development timelines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design development or curation ideally in upholstery or furniture
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage product lifecycles from concept to market
• Proficiency in InDesign Photoshop AutoCAD or similar design tools
• Deep understanding of materials finishes and construction methods
• Exceptional communication organization and leadership skills
• Refined eye for detail design excellence and passion for innovation
• Availability for occasional domestic and international travel
