Requirements- 8+ years of experience managing multiple US-based stores with a strong operations background.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-oriented organizations preferred.
- Proven track record of launching new store openings and building effective teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in high-growth environments with agile capabilities.
- Knowledge of KPIs, P&L management, and operational standards.
- Available to work in New York City with up to 50% travel required.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
