Senior Group Director Watches and Fine Jewelry Retail

As a Senior Group Director of Watches and Fine Jewelry Retail on the East Coast, you will lead the development of CHANEL's WFJ business and teams in the region. You will report to the Head of Sales and Distribution for Watches and Fine Jewelry, driving scale and maintaining exceptional service through a brand and client-centric approach.

• Drive WFJ business growth across all segments and lead the WFJ network.
• Facilitate dialogue between WFJ Heads of Boutiques and Merchandising & Planning Teams.
• Act as the voice of WFJ on the East Coast, setting strategic objectives and vision.
• Liaise with People & Organization partners on recruitment and development of retail teams.
• Collaborate with counterparts from Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty for consistent client experience.
• Partner with key stakeholders to optimize the network and evaluate business models.
• Champion a client-centric mindset across all levels of the WFJ Boutique organization.
• Work with the High Business Development Team to implement a strategic High End Business Development plan.
• Identify local industry and market trends.
• Encourage individual empowerment and employee development.
• Provide consistent vision on talent evaluation and performance management.
• Champion and drive D&I initiatives.
• Focus on aligning and reinforcing policies and best practices for WFJ Boutiques.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external constituents.
• Identify educational needs and partner with the Group Director of Education.
• Support Boutique openings or renovations and ensure VM compliance.
• Support Events and key Brand moments.
• Maintain regular in-boutique presence.
• Manage relationships with corporate executives for Department Stores.

• Minimum of 12 years of leadership in a multi-boutique or store environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Located in New York with ability to travel up to 50%.
• Partially Remote: Minimum of three days in-person office presence required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
