Director Retail Performance

The Director of Retail Performance will reshape the department with a focus on clients and store teams. Through retail partnership and a bottom-up approach, this role will provide tools to drive behavioral change needed to deliver a unique client experience and drive business development across the Americas.

• Capitalize on VOC results to drive organizational change through market animation, sharing best practices, and competitor benchmarks.
• Integrate VOC results into the clienteling tool to reengage clients and reward promoters.
• Build and leverage a Mystery Shopping program to elevate retail standards.
• Promote business acumen through performance reports and business intelligence.
• Develop and manage incentive programs to reinforce business areas.
• Create and maintain a store database tool and design performance assessment reports.
• Lead and motivate a team to drive performance and engagement.

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Experience leading global projects and managing teams.
• Strong computer, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with management and make sound decisions.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
