Director, Sales Experience

Summary

The Director, Sales Experience drives sales and adoption of selling programs while building a customer-focused experience. This on-site store leader manages Client Development performance and partners with store and regional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Development team performance and goals through Group Selling Managers.
• Communicate store vision and goals, uphold service standards, and coach teams to create an energized customer-focused environment.
• Partner with Client Development, Brand Experience, Merchants, Brands, and regional teams on store strategies and action plans.
• Support the Store General Manager, including backfilling as needed, and facilitate leadership meetings in their absence.
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and preferences to adjust processes and priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including luxury retail fashion experience.
• Prior senior retail management experience and a track record of results across multiple businesses.
• Experience building, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Ability to navigate complex business problems, collaborate across corporate functions, present to executives, and lead large-scale projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
