Summary
Experienced leader to oversee end to end merchandising and supply chain functions across the LATAM region, driving demand planning, assortment optimization, inventory flow and retail support. The role requires regional market knowledge, strategic vision and hands on execution with frequent travel. The position partners with sales and retail teams to support product launches, pricing and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning including SKU level forecasts and monthly best estimates
- Support sales and retail operations with product communications and activation support
- Drive assortment strategy and new store product and space planning
- Collaborate on floorplan reviews and roll out in store creative displays
- Manage high jewelry rotation planning and track sales and inventory
- Develop zone pricing strategies and monitor competitor pricing
- Provide sales reporting and holiday event sales analysis
- Conduct store visits and support product performance action plans
- Travel regionally as required, approximately 25 percent
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management
- Bachelor's degree, business major preferred
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process oriented with sound decision making
- Luxury aesthetic sensibility and retail concept knowledge
- Self motivated with strong drive for achievement
- Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic team environments
- Languages: English and Spanish required, Portuguese preferred
