As the Director of Enterprise Data and Insights on the Insights Delivery Team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Nordstrom's data landscape. You will lead the development of a cutting-edge Enterprise Data Platform, ensuring the seamless ingestion and curation of data to deliver actionable insights across the organization. Your leadership will support a large team of engineers and analysts, driving data-driven decision-making at scale.

• Craft vision and strategies for the Insights Delivery team to support company objectives.
• Create mechanisms for team clarity, autonomy, and support in execution.
• Drive organizational structure and talent management plans.
• Identify and develop leaders across the team.

• Drive architectural decisions for the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Lead optimization of data ingestion, curation, and BI processes.

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise team leadership.
• 2+ years managing managers.
• Background in Business Intelligence (BI) and optimizing BI platforms.
• Experience with AI technologies and concepts.
• Proven track record of individual excellence and empowering others.
• Strong customer and stakeholder empathy.
