Director of Supply Chain

As the Director of Supply Chain, Planning and Analytics, you will oversee and coordinate all distribution and demand planning activities for the Wayne DC operations. You will play a pivotal role in exchanging and analyzing information between different Brands, Operations, Transportation, and 3PL teams, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain, Planning and Analytics team for efficient execution of supply chain activities.
• Drive strategic Supply Chain projects with brand teams to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement a culture of inclusion and strategic planning within the Supply Chain team.
• Coordinate with Brands to collect demand trends and establish service level expectations.
• Oversee consolidation of forecasts and monitor daily execution flow.
• Conduct analysis and produce reports on logistics and distribution performances.
• Develop Planning and Monitoring tools for stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, or Transportation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages; Power BI, Power Query, SQL, SAP, and WMS experience is a plus.
