Responsibilities- Define and drive relevant product strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Establish and communicate clear product visions and roadmaps, incorporating both long-term strategic goals and immediate business priorities.
- Hire and manage a growing team of product managers and product owners.
- Define and drive standardizations for team structure, processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and product owners.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders across marketing, ecommerce, retail operations, customer care, and other departments to ensure product success.
- Oversee product lifecycles and lead efforts to refine, optimize, enhance, or scale products.
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, adjust strategy, and inform future product development.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the retail space.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that the product portfolio remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in retail or consumer-facing product management.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing product management teams.
- Experience in eCommerce, omnichannel retail, or digital product management is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and results.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to commercialization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
