Distribution Center Associate - Facilities

Summary

The Distribution Center Associate supports accurate and safe handling of products throughout the warehouse. The role includes receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage pallets accurately by vendor and purchase order.
• Load outbound trailers according to shipping and safe-handling practices.
• Store, put away, pick, and ship products without causing damage.
• Meet productivity goals, follow applicable safety regulations, and keep the warehouse clean and free of debris.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills, with a strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
