- Coach associates to achieve productivity standards and policy adherence.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area ensuring the warehouse is consistently safe and free of debris.
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with federal, state, and local laws.
- Assist Leadership in planning working schedules throughout departments.
- Work in partnership with the Operations Director to establish department and individual goals.
- Assume responsibility for departmental goals and participate in achieving these goals daily.
Requirements- Strong understanding of inventory flow.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire yourself and others.
- Strong systems knowledge and a commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
