Distribution Center Receiving Lead

As a Distribution Center Receiving Lead at RH, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing a high-energy team dedicated to maintaining the quality and integrity of our inventory. You will assist in directing warehouse operations to achieve set objectives and ensure a safe and organized work environment.

• Live and promote RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Train and develop the Distribution Center team to handle and organize products according to RH standards.
• Coach associates to meet productivity standards and adhere to policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the warehouse is free of debris.
• Conduct operations in compliance with safety regulations and laws.
• Assist leadership in planning work schedules across departments.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to set and achieve department and individual goals.
• Take responsibility for departmental goals and contribute to achieving them daily.

• Strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire yourself and others.
• Strong systems knowledge and commitment to quality with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Position requires prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
