Job Description

Summary

As an E-Commerce Ambassador at Montblanc in Grand Prairie, TX, you will focus on delivering high-quality omnichannel service, primarily through the e-boutique, to meet client needs and expectations. You will represent the Maison by promoting Montblanc's values and becoming knowledgeable about its history, business, products, and marketing activations. Your role will involve driving sales growth through corporate gifting initiatives, client outreach, and fostering ongoing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales goals and targets by identifying opportunities to build revenue and increase average invoice.
  • Process merchandise orders initiated by phone and/or website, involving data entry.
  • Become a brand expert by seeking new brand and product knowledge.
  • Answer a wide variety of customer inquiries, including product information, stock availability, and product care.
  • Ensure coverage in key channels (Phone, Email, and Live Chat) and any new emerging formats.
  • Work with the Client Relations management team to track client inquiries and capture customer data.
  • Create opportunities for follow-up, ongoing outreach, and fostering relationships.
  • Partner with the After Sales dedicated team to deliver on product and repair service needs.
Requirements
  • College or Technical Degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in eCommerce, especially in the luxury retail sector preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite and CRM tools like SAP and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for the luxury brand market segment.
  • High level of maturity, poise, sound business judgment, and change management skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on brand history and product offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
