E Commerce Junior Merchandiser

Summary

Junior level e commerce merchandiser responsible for supporting online product presentation, category management, and sales growth. Works closely with cross functional teams to execute merchandising strategies and maintain accurate product information for the e commerce channel. Reports to senior merchandising staff and assists with day to day merchandising tasks to enhance the customer experience online.

Responsibilities

• Assist with online product assortment and category merchandising
• Create and maintain product listings and ensure content accuracy
• Support promotional planning and execute merchandising campaigns
• Analyze basic sales and performance metrics to inform decisions
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure product availability
• Help optimize site navigation and product discoverability
• Perform routine data quality checks and image reviews

Requirements

• 1 year of related merchandising or retail experience
• Familiarity with e commerce platforms and product content management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic analytical skills and comfort with sales data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools
