Job Description

Summary

Coordinate, manage, and execute merchandising activities for Women's Polo Accessories and Footwear, supporting senior leadership to develop and communicate product strategy that meets financial and global brand goals. Partner with planning, design, and regional buying teams to build seasonal global line plans and drive assortment decisions through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Create seasonal category strategies including style and SKU plans aligned to global strategy and long range planning targets.
  • Partner with regional buyers and conduct trend driven market research to identify category opportunities.
  • Prepare and present weekly sales trend and sell through analysis to inform recommendations.
  • Manage OK to BUY process and attend design and cross functional meetings to drive product category decisions.
  • Maintain merchandising data in GFE and ensure accurate item definition and line changes.
  • Communicate critical merchandising information to key functional areas in a timely manner.
  • Present line assortment during adoption and line opening presentations and manage sample accuracy and tracking.
  • Prepare line lists, adoption materials, regional sample review documentation and ad hoc project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Merchandising or buying experience in Women's accessories and footwear preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and retail math proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and seasons.
  • Creative problem solver and critical thinker with initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe XD, retail math, and GFE systems.
