E-Commerce Operations Intern - 59th Street

Summary

Support the Hermes.com eCommerce Operations team with operational and omnichannel tasks during a five month in-person internship. Assist with order monitoring, auditing omnichannel services, maintaining documentation, and contributing to projects that improve order flow and the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order monitoring and follow up
• Help develop dashboard ideas to analyze key order flow metrics
• Audit and update omnichannel services such as Store Locator and Product Locator
• Maintain documentation on product personalization and track made-to-order items
• Coordinate inventory publishing and unpublishing with eMerchandising
• Review client communication in FAQs and report updates to the web contribution team
• Brainstorm and deliver individual projects aligned with professional development
• Execute additional duties assigned by the Manager of e-Commerce Operations

Requirements

• Previous operations or customer service experience helpful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
• Proven ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in-person at corporate headquarters for the program duration
