Summary
The E-Merchandising Manager leads online merchandising and business reporting for Men’s, Baby and Maison categories, overseeing assortment, site merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration to drive Dior.com performance and digital client experience. This role reports to the E-Commerce Senior Director and supervises an E-Commerce Associate Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site merchandising updates based on inventory, marketing calendar, launches, and guidelines
- Analyze product performance and optimize assortment using sales inventory and demand data
- Maintain .com animation planning and ensure collection launch timelines are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information and resolve site content issues
- Manage online assortment with Supply Chain Warehouse Merchants and HQ to ensure accuracy
- Monitor and escalate site bugs with IT and propose navigation PLP PDP and filter changes
- Lead participation in collection showrooms and collaborate on buying and open-to-buy reviews
- Manage weekly and monthly business reviews and present actionable insights to management
- Communicate product priorities to Marketing CRM Performance Marketing and Media teams for campaigns and newsletters
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in E-Commerce or fashion merchant analyst roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present actionable insights
- Excellent communication project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excel including vlookup pivot tables and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Proficiency with PowerBI Contentsquare or Coremedia is a plus
- Fluent English French is a plus
- Experience supervising junior e-commerce staff
