- Lead SAP change control and transport management processes.
- Develop an integrated approach for data migration, reporting & analytics, and security authorizations.
- Oversee mapping of AS-IS and TO-BE processes for seamless system transition.
- Coordinate interim operations requirements for phased ERP deployment.
- Establish governance and best practices for program management processes.
- Support organizational readiness and change management efforts.
- Facilitate global collaboration aligning functional requirements with business goals.
Requirements- Many years of SAP experience, with expertise in S4 Fashion/Retail.
- Experience in a cross-functional SAP leadership role.
- Strong background as a Solution Architect in S4 Fashion/Retail.
- Expertise in SAP configuration and change management processes.
- Proven ability to drive integrated ERP solutions across multiple domains.
- Experience in data migration, reporting & analytics, and security authorizations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage complex transformation initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
