ERP Project Manager - Next Generation Transformation

As an ERP Project Manager at Ralph Lauren in Nutley, you will lead the Next Generation Transformation ERP Program, focusing on creating a project plan that presents the investment and business case for the program. You will manage the team activities, set up program management processes, and work closely with technology and consulting partners to ensure consistency across the program.

• Create a detailed understanding of current AS-IS business processes and map out future TO-BE processes.
• Manage the identification of interim operations requirements and ensure an agreed approach for the interim state and cutover process.
• Work with IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure scope alignment and clear roles and responsibilities.
• Create a program management framework with agreed review points and reporting processes.
• Maintain the program budget and ensure alignment with RL finance teams.
• Prepare teams for upcoming phases and assist in identifying training needs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, objectives, and milestones.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and solutions.
• Experience working with technology and consulting partners.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate activities across regions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
