SummaryAs an ERP Systems Financial Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing and executing strategies and programs in Finance and Accounting. You will be instrumental in the initial implementation and ongoing support of the company's new Oracle ERP environment, collaborating with partners across Finance, Product, and Technology to sustain, improve, and streamline processes and controls.
Responsibilities- Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and related business processes.
- Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud ERP to meet business requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues and provide troubleshooting and support for end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with other systems.
- Lead and participate in system testing and end-user training.
- Stay up to date on Oracle Cloud Financials functionality and updates.
- Provide technical/functional support to business development sales pursuits.
- Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle Fusion ERP environment including applying periodic patches and reporting requirements.
- Continuously review opportunities for improvement in how Oracle Fusion ERP platform is leveraged.
- Provide training and SME guidance to end users on system-driven business processes.
Requirements- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing managerial and administrative direction for complex systems.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and implementing or migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications preferred.
- Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and devise solutions independently.
- Basic understanding of core finance processes and standard components of the Finance Technology Architecture.
- Experience in process design and mapping.
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
