Summary

This in-store logistics role is responsible for receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders. The role supports store operations by preparing and shipping orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping keep sales floors and stockrooms organized. It requires a results-oriented, detail-focused team member who can work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms and support store events, markdowns, and fixture relocations

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer/technology skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
