Summary

The Receiving Support Associate assists with receiving, processing, and organizing incoming merchandise at the store level. This role helps ensure shipments are accurately documented, processed, and moved to the sales floor or stockroom in a timely manner. The position supports store operations by maintaining backroom organization and working with the stock team and management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify counts and complete receiving documentation or handheld device entries.
• Sort, tag, and move merchandise to the sales floor or appropriate stock areas.
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and proper storage procedures.

Requirements

• Prior retail, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to typical retail standards (frequent lifting of boxes).
• Basic computer or handheld device skills and attention to detail for accurate processing.
• Availability for part-time hours, including weekends and varied shifts.
