East Retail Regional Director

Summary

The East Retail Regional Director leads the regional boutique network, driving business results, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience. The role develops boutique leaders and teams while building a collaborative, accountable culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional KPIs, sales budgets, diversification targets, and operational standards.
• Build boutique business plans and support execution through visits, communication, and partnership with boutique managers.
• Coach and develop boutique managers and their teams, and identify opportunities to elevate clienteling.
• Manage regional P&L and expenses, oversee operational policies, and ensure loss prevention practices are followed.
• Partner with the VP and Human Resources on staffing and development, and complete special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of multi-store retail management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a P&L.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Affinity for luxury goods; watch and jewelry experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively, approximately 80%, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP is preferred.
