Job Description

Summary

The Ecommerce Analyst supports Cartier's e-commerce team in improving the online order journey and customer experience. The role uses analytics, platform monitoring, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration to guide decisions and site enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking order lifecycle and site performance metrics.
  • Monitor e-commerce platforms and site health, track issues in JIRA, and coordinate timely resolution with development teams.
  • Lead quality assurance for deployments and site enhancements, maintaining testing protocols and coordinating defect resolution.
  • Gather and document requirements, analyze customer journey data, and support UI/UX improvement initiatives and project administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with or aptitude for Looker and GA4.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tracking tools, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.
  • Experience with luxury retail or premium e-commerce is a plus; exposure to Fluent OMS, SAP, SFCC, SQL, or AI-powered tools is valued.
