Summary
The Sales And Ecommerce Specialist manages digital sales channels, supports daily eCommerce operations, order processing, digital merchandising, and cross-department coordination to drive online growth and maintain brand standards. The role works closely with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to execute campaigns, maintain product listings, and support fulfillment logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, analytically driven, and skilled with eCommerce platforms and marketing tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update eCommerce selling platforms including product listings, pricing, imagery, and descriptions
- Process and fulfill online orders including picking, packing, shipping, and customer updates
- Coordinate with Sales Operations and Creative teams to execute digital campaigns and new product launches
- Monitor and maintain duplicate listings to ensure a consistent online catalog
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Support customer inquiries and commercial leads with prompt professional responses
- Assist with website maintenance including homepage refreshes promotional banners and seasonal updates
- Anticipate challenges and propose process improvements to support business planning
- Travel for business as required
Requirements
- Strong background in eCommerce development execution and performance measurement
- Operational experience in planning development and execution of business plans
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager Google Ads and digital advertising KPIs
- Advanced analytics skills including advanced Excel
- Proficiency with Shopify Plus Klaviyo CRM tools and web merchandising
- Familiarity with SAP front and back end and Airtable
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving ability and capacity to translate data into strategic recommendations
