Employee Learning Experience Senior Specialist NA PRO

Summary

This role designs and delivers learning solutions for the North America PRO retail teams, supporting initiatives across product knowledge, selling and service, leadership development, business acumen, and job skills. The Senior Specialist manages learning creation and facilitation, Learning Management System administration and reporting, and coordinates with stakeholders to implement and champion global learning initiatives. The role delivers instructor-led and virtual trainings and contributes to the design and editing of learning materials using tools such as Articulate and Rise.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional learning experience support for NA PRO retail populations and respond to learning requests.
• Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training on product knowledge, selling and service, leadership, and business skills.
• Administer LMS functions including uploading, assigning, recording, reporting, and troubleshooting training content.
• Generate and analyze learning completion reports and learner feedback to inform improvements.
• Create and edit learning materials with basic graphic design and copywriting using Articulate and Rise.
• Manage stakeholder communications, project timelines, and support adoption of global learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior learning and development experience preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; proficiency with Articulate and Rise.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual delivery.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.
