Engineer 2 - AI Enablement

Summary

As an Engineer 2 on the AI Enablement team you will build and evolve infrastructure and platform capabilities to enable safe, effective use of Generative AI. You will work with minimal supervision on larger components and applications that enhance developer productivity and influence technical and business strategy. This is a hybrid position based in Seattle requiring regular office presence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven tools and platform capabilities to improve engineering productivity.
• Design system interactions and integrations with cloud services and other modules.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers; participate in design reviews and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying applications to AWS and familiarity with AI/ML tools or frameworks (e.g., Microsoft AutoGen).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills and ability to write clear, tested, maintainable code.
