Engineering Manager - Insights Delivery - Digital

As an Engineering Manager for the Insights Delivery - Digital team, you will lead a team of engineers and data analysts to develop and evolve digital data infrastructure and services. You will play a crucial role in shaping technical strategies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that drive business value.

• Lead and manage teams focused on digital data engineering, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Define and track KPIs, roadmaps, and priorities for the digital data unit.
• Drive cross-team collaboration to align technical strategy and manage dependencies.
• Enhance organizational vision and strategy to support company goals.
• Ensure teams have the necessary tools, resources, and information.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
• Contribute to architecture, coding, test plans, project planning, deployment, and operations.
• Promote continuous improvement by quantifying customer impact and increasing productivity.

• 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering with a focus on digital data solutions.
• Exposure to digital data domains such as web analytics and customer data platforms.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams is a plus.
• Proven track record of shipping well-designed, scalable systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of dev-ops best practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
