SummaryAs an Events and Brand Experience Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the marketing and communications team, tasked with delivering industry-leading events and brand experiences. You will coordinate with various teams and partners to maintain Vacheron Constantin's image standards and enhance both business and client experiences.
Responsibilities- Support end-to-end execution of events including boutique activations, dinners, pop-ups, exhibitions, and client experiences.
- Assist in the development of event toolkits, briefing documents, run-of-show schedules, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate logistics including guest list management, gifting, transportation, floral and décor elements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand alignment.
- Maintain and update project timelines, status trackers, budgets, and event recaps.
- Assist in tracking expenses, collecting vendor quotes, and managing PO and invoice processes.
- Conduct research to support partnership scouting and cultural institution outreach.
- Assist in managing invitations, RSVPs, and guest communication.
- Ensure visual and experiential consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track KPIs and post-event reporting including attendance and client feedback.
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in luxury marketing, event coordination, or brand experience.
- Background in luxury, fashion, watches, art, hospitality, or cultural institutions is a strong plus.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and design.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel across key markets in the Americas.
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; especially in EXCEL and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Able to work minimum 4 days per week in the NY office.
