- Facilitate product needs from other stores to support in-store appointments or consignments.
- Conduct personalized outreach to re-engage lapsed clients with the brand.
- Support product pulls, fitting room setup, floor presentation standards, and seamless selling floor operations.
- Establish processes for organizing client engagement and follow-up around key product arrivals and events.
- Participate in brand and product knowledge training, selling and service training, and client engagement coaching.
- Ensure all client information is captured in the concierge app.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements- Past retail selling experience preferred.
- Interest in and appreciation for luxury and best-in-class service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive thinker who takes initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
