As an Expert Client Advisor - Exotics at Louis Vuitton NorthPark, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, focusing on the Exotics category. You will ensure that every client receives exceptional service and guidance, embodying the Louis Vuitton Promise. Your role involves discovering client needs and delivering an unparalleled client experience with a passion for the product.

• Act as the go-to person in-store for selling and clienteling techniques related to the Exotics category.
• Partner with the Manager to provide feedback and drive business forward.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Observe and assist the team during the selling ceremony and introduce the Exotics product category.
• Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling options.
• Drive the Exotics business in-store and provide product training and support for new launches.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Exotics category.
• Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to be a sales leader and maintain top seller status in the Exotics category.
• Experience in building positive client relationships and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Highly analytical and commercial ability.
